Re: [RC] Chiropractic for locking stifles - GoToryHi Lani I have a mare who has had a problem with stifles sticking. Had a chiro out and he did some manipulations and also a treatment with some kind of electro therapy to stimulate the muscles to contract and (hopefully) strengthen to help keep the stifle where it should be... I'm sure I'm not explaining it correctly, but that, and hill work have seemed (knock wood) to reduce the occurrences......hasn't had it happen for the last 6 months or so. Keeping my fingers crossed. Good Luck! nikki =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
