OK, I admit to being dumb! What is the difference between a Standardbred and a Saddlebred? Are they both cart-trotting horses? Just curious as my new guy is registered 3/4 Arab and 1/4 Saddlebred, and Pinto (and can be registered NSH). And while we are at it, what is NSH? I bought him for his mind, not for how he is registered?
