Re: [RC] [RC] white hairs on sides of wither - Tracy BradfordHi Chris,I just can't say enough positive things about "The Corrector Pad". It goes underneath your current favorite pad (or you can skip the pad altogether). But the basics of it are that his pad will make pretty much any saddle work on any horse. That's a steep assumption but we are happy with it on our hard to fit arabian. He is slab sided with exceptionally high withers. My husband is riding him in the most inexpensive abetta endurance saddle they make (we are waiting for him to finish growing before we buy the "dream saddle". So far the horse is happy and healthy with no sore back or white spots developing. Previous to using the Corrector pad he did have a sore back. We've been using the pad since the springtime. Anyway...it's worth a shot! Here's the link: <http://www.thecorrector.net/id8.html> Tracy Oops. I shouldn't have said it makes any saddle work...it is not intended for treeless saddles. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
