I received my new sport saddle in March 2003. The saddle has a very low pommel and has never fit my horse correctly (it actually sits on his withers). I have tried several different pads with Tom Clark of Skito's help to no avail. I have contacted Bob Marshall Sport saddles with Cindy Bradley's help (sport saddle dealer). After comparing my saddle with Cindy's and sending a picture of my saddle to the company I did get a confirmation that the saddle is made incorrectly and if I'd like a new one the company would pay for the shipping. I asked to get my existing saddle fixed and have gotten no response back from the company. The overall warranty on these saddles is one year but the pommel and cantle warranty is five years.
