Yes, although some of the appendix QH are a better cross, in my
book, to breed to an Arab....you end up with something more like
an Anglo Arab.......better those than the really muscle-bound halter
horses....

You got that right, Ed!  And go look at the cutting horses--those 14-hand
Poco Buenos and Doc Bars and such--with the 6'6" riders whose stirrups
nearly drag the dirt when they belly down to cut!  And they are some of
the most agile, athletic QHs going!
