Re: [RC] [RC] Tevis Ceremony & Tribute - Barbara McCraryI believe Tevis has a lot of volunteers, from trail maintenance to ride personnel, but the cost of the number of vets needed, as well as the very interesting large publication that was sent out to anyone who has ever ridden the ride, must be staggering. P.S. I'm afraid of heights, too, or at least afraid of falling off them, so I most likely will never ride it again. Tried 8 times, finished 3......I think that's enough, although it does sound tempting at times. But I do know ride management and know it costs a FORTUNE to put on a little ride, let alone a ride the magnitude of Tevis.
