[RC] Men in tights - amy

HI!  I linger and read much of the information here. 
I do mostly trail riding with some dressage/pleasure
training with my horse.  I have purchased a sports
saddle from research and reading on this board.  I
love the saddle and so does my horse.  I was reading
all the posts on men in tights and thought OK, if men
can do it so can I.  I went and tried a pair on at my
local store.  I almost fell over laughing at myself in
the mirror.  The sales clerk asked if I was ok.  Do
you guys wear underwear with these things?  You could
almost see mine!  And every bulge was exposed even
though they were not that tight.  What is my problem
here?  Color, brand?  OR are they supposed to look
like this??  HELP!  They were light tan devon aire
riding tights.  Amy
