Just recently found a site that gave a chart with the note at the 
bottom that direct sunlight increased the HI up to 15 degrees.  I had 
to translate the temperatures into Celsius, but it gave us an 
interesting idea of the heat index.  Our summers are getting more humid 
and my horses are getting more pasture time during the summer with 
walks at sunset and after dark. I did a Google search on heat index to 
find a chart and something that didn't calculate online so that it 
could go up on a bulletin board at a stable.
