Re: [RC] New 30 minute rule for 50s - Long - Annie George
I am behind on my e/mail, so I
don't know what ride we are talking about, or what vets, it doesn't matter who
or where, I don't need to know that............... But I am
very bothered by the vets taking liberty to break rules, if it is indeed a rule,
and I do think it is. Why did they make a 30 min. time cut off,
was there any acceptable/good reason for doing it? Could one of the vets perhaps
answer this question. I think this is a rather serious thing and I would very
much like to have it clear. Annie G.

50s - Long
No, that's not legal.
60 minutes for completion check,
it's in the rules.
30 minutes for LD only.
At least it was
applied to all competitors equally, and I also heard that it was announced
at the ride meeting, so riders had plenty of notice that they were
planning on conducting the completion check this way. Could've been
worse.
