Unless your barn is built new and to current building codes. I turn mine out like Glenda said, in addition, I use a crayon, such as used at rides, with my phone number. If you are in Florida you can call your local Animal Control, they are mandated to have an emergency plan in place for animals.  Best bet, make your own plan and don't wait until the last minute to get on the road with a million other evacuees and having to drive in high winds with your rig.
