[RC] bitless bridle - LTYearwoodhi everyone. i have recently begun riding my 8-year-old in a bitless bridle. he is actually MORE responsive to my legs and seat than he was before. but i'm still afraid of cantering him quickly with other horses because he gets really strong and when i try to hold him back, i don't do so well. (i couldn't hold him back with the bit, either.) the good part is that he used to buck with the bit and now he NEVER bucks. but he's still strong. i'd love to hear from someone who has a bitless bridle and a strong horse? thanks! lori =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
