Hi All, I have a few questions regarding BC on the
LD's. Is it written in the by-laws that on "LD's" a Best Condition is to be
given OR is it Ride Manager's Choice? If it is policy, then can you tell me what
the deciding factors are in determinig which rider receives BC? Thank you, Iris
