LOL It was the Knight fantasies of my youth that came back to bite me in the ass! :o) What good is a knight in shining armor without a big, beautiful mount? :o) Scott My husband wasn't involved in horses in his youth, either. But he was bound and determined to ride and have horses, and got involved in horses as soon as he was able to be independent. His first wife was non-horsey, and I was lucky enough to meet him competing at the WEC in 1996. I'm lucky, though, that he likes to ride but doesn't care to get involved in the breeding decisions--so he is a big help, but he still leaves my real passion to me. But even though I "own" the horses, he "owns" the hearts of his special ones, and I don't mess with that!
