Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

I know there are others out there who know more about this than I do 
(Heidi?).  But I don't think there's any difference.  I seem to recall that 
meat from many of the horses slaughtered in the US goes to Europe...I'd guess 
that the less marketable parts go into pet food. 
Hmmm...to keep this endurance related, it's a good thing that Red (Crystal's 
Charm) didn't end up on someone's dinnerplate.  :)
