I'm curious as to whether this scenario has occured. Seems to me that
most horses that take the maximum amount of time tend to come in at about
44. However, at rides where the official finish line is a ways from camp
I can see an opportunity for confusion. I'd hate to see the reporting of
time changed for the front runners though. Can we not just add a clause
that a horse would not be judged "over time" so long as it crossed the
physical finish line within 6 hrs?
