Ridecamp: Re: [RC] Finish Line question for LD Riders

Good point.  I'm not sure this happens often enough to require a rules
change, but...if this is significant, then whay can't we address this as
"not in the Top Ten" and cross the finish line within 6 hours, a
completion would be awarded. I'm opposed to changing the way BC is
awarded.
