Ouch. I have to agree with Sylvia. And that hurts! But really, what is the
big deal here? I am by NO means wealthy, but this sport's fees are a STEAL!
Lemme see....go camping with your horse in a cool campground with 100 or so
other enthusiasts, go on a well run ride on a well marked trail with
top-notch vets checking you at regular intervals, see how you and your equine
partner stack up against other well conditioned animals, have a delicious
dinner with riders who have just gone through the same ordeal as you and can
swap fun and informative stories. All this for about $100? Oh yeah, and an
additional $10 if you are not a member of the incredible organization that
made this all possible? Pay the money and smile, baby!
