I use it AFTER a ride/race every time (for my horse)
I use during a ride for ME.
It speeds recovery.
I dont think either are harmful
I cannot find the studies from THE HORSE that said the BCAA do work.
They both show up in the horse as a naturally occurring substance,
since they are processed as needed you cannot find traces.
Last but not least NEITHER DMG nor BCAA will fail a drug test.
They are or can be performance enhancing.
Are they BAD? WRONG?
or FEED supplements?
Would I use either ? I will take the fifth first
Just some un-scientific information and food for thought.
