Has Oregon started their Weed Free certification program yet? They had one
in the works about three or four years ago, and thought they would have it
in operation by now. If they do, all you have to do is get certified hay,
and have your documentation of certification along with you. At least
that's my understanding. For awhile, CA had a list of Oregon counties from
which they would allow hay, but that may be a thing of the past. Check with
your county extension agent about it.
