I was thrilled to discover Merrill shoes/boots last
winter. I have a hard foot to fit (size 5 1/2 and D width - I always tell
people my foot is actualy square). Their footware is the absolute best
I've found for comfort. I ride in some light weight hiking boots which I
just love. You can often get some of the older styles cheap thru Sierra
Trading Post.
