Laeton Johnstone died at ( no one really knows for sure but we think it 
was about ) 75 in his sleep dreaming of his trip to the Tevis 4 days 
after he got pulled in the Biltmore 100 at 75 miles. So I think your 37 
year old butt can manage:-).
