IAHA will not register a half arab mule.  I have tried this.  They emphasize strongly the HORSE in their title.

Maybe Dylan's Hinny is a Molly.  Which would be a mare mule, and a gelding mule would be a John.  What a stallion mule would be, I don't know (except that it shoots blanks)  First look underneath the hinny. Then  call the IAHA and ask them their opinion, they register half -Arabs and they know everything.    Beth
