. Then  call the IAHA and ask them their opinion, they register half -Arabs

                It's been some years ago, but I recall someone wanting to
register a mule as a Half-Arab, and IAHA refused on the grounds the other
"half" was not a horse.  So, if they don't register them, they may not know
anymore about them than we do.
