Re: [RC] [RC] Trailer Batteries - Sisu West Ranch"...than a 12 volt marine battery..."Be careful when buying, there are some "marine" batteries that are supposed to be a comprimise between LSI (lighting starting and ignition or the common auto battery), and deep cycle. You want the type that is sold for trolling motors and other deep cycle use only. Obviously, golf cart batteries are a good choice. They are hooked up in "series" to add the voltage together to make 12 V. This is like the two dry cell batteries in a common flashlight.
