There are many CTR sanctioning bodies - NATRC being only one - and if 
you read further you would have found that I used SEDRA as my basis for 
the time window simply because that is the one I know best. . The SEDRA 
time window for a 25 mile ride is 3:45 to 4:30.

In any endurance ride the rest is not counted in your ride time and this 
data was based on ride time and not elapsed time.
