Ridecampers turned me onto the Leader (bungee) Tie for my horse that panics easily.....he really appreciates having the "warning" that he is tied, and has not paniced since.....  Thanks

I would like to know where one can buy a sturdy bungee tie or tether.  The ones I see at the Farm Bureau and horse shops do not have good hardware.
