Rock climbers with funny backpacks and clanking climbing gear here, 
interspersed with mountain bikes, ducks coming off the water, and deer that 
jump out of the underbrush practically under your nose...  (One of those 
earned me a major visit to the chiropractor a few years ago, even though I 
stayed on!)
