So given one or the other, is it your feeling that it's better for a smaller
horse to be out of balance? Let's say I look at two horses in particular:
one is tall and has long legs. Very elegant looking & dressage-y. One is
shorter and comparatively stockier, and has shorter legs and would be
laughed out of the dressage barn.
:-) (I LIKE smaller horses and being laughed out of a dressage barn is not
always BAD). For endurance, is the best bet to go with the shorter horse?
Are shorter legs an asset or a detriment (I remember the recent discussion
on long legs, just don't remember how short ones came out)?
