I want the same things in a tall horse as in any other horse--first and 
foremost, BALANCE.  My thumb rule is to stand back, and if the horse appears 
to be tall, he is not balanced.  If, on the other hand, he doesn't "look" 
tall from a distance, but you walk up to him and he is 15:3, then he is 
likely balanced.
