ENDURANCE NEAR ATLANTA

Is there anyone out there that lives/works in the Atlanta, GA area that
could give me some idea of the cost of living in the area...how far out do
you have to live to have endurance horses and what kind of riding is close
by etc?  I sure would appreciate some help here.  Is it feasible to find a
place near enough to Atlanta and have land and time to train endurance
horses?

All responses will be greatly appreciated!!!!!!
