Re: Horse right of way



Maggie,
I'd get the regulations from the ranger in writing.  Could be he's right,
but the really good thing about government is that EVERYTHING is in writing.
The rest of it--welcome to the real world of politics.  Ticks me off too,
but I understand that hunting licenses (and I guess other revenue, although
I don't know what it would be) help support Fish and Game.  Anyway, hunters
seem to have a cozy relationship with Congress.  Trail Riders need one!
