This is definetly my situation.

I have over 11,000 AERC miles, But I AM AFRAID OF HORSES !

I love horses, have since I was 2 or three.  (i'm 65 and will ride til I
drop)          But the fear is still fear.

I have never leased a horse,  If I did it would only be leased with option
to buy.
For me if I don't have total responsibility, If I don't love the horse (I'm
a total sop for any animal that needs me,probably some mothering hang up !)
I'll take proper care of it temporarily for it's owner, but you couldn't pay
me to get on it.

I see myself as saver of the rejects.  Of course all my rejects have turned
out to be great endurance horses, and ridable by 7 yr old kids, novices, and
experts.

The owner and the horse SHOULD CARE ENOUGH FOR EACH OTHER to GO THE DISTANCE
TOGETHER.
