i agree with the lady from chicago. i used to live in california, for just a 
few years and couldn't wait to get back to colorado!! there was always a 
catastrophe there and we just didn't want to live somewhere where there is a 
chance you will "slide off into the pacific ocean"..life is way too short, my 
friends for that!  rick                                                       
                          ps...tornadoes are bad,but there is somewhat of a 
warning and the damage is usually confined to a small area.
