A while back someone posted the address, etc. for the MSU lab for selenium tests.  I searched the archives and couldn't find it so was wondering if someone could send to me, I'd really appreciate it.

I have been having a problem with my horse at the last two rides in a row.  He did 450 miles in 50s last year (our first year of 50s) and that included a 2 days back to back at Outlaw trail and he was perfect, never lame and no metabolic problems.  Well this year on our second 50 he gulped a whole bunch of water at the finish (my mistake) and about 20 minutes later he started to roll and was totally miserable.  The vet said he had stomach cramps from so much water and to not let him drink so much so fast, but use smaller and more often water intakes.  Gave him a shot of Banamine and he was fine.  Next ride, 6 weeks later, I made him drink less and he started to drink more often, which was actually great.  Anyway at the finish he was pretty hot so I let him eat and drink a little and walk and eat and drink a little and walk, etc.  He started to act like he had at the last ride again.  We walked out of it and he appears to be okay.  No, I haven't changed anything, food, tack or farrier.  We completed this 50 miles in about 9 hours (it was tough IMO), so we are not going that fast.   Has anyone had any experience with this?  My vet is concerned that he may be tying up slightly but basically just suggested I condition him more and try adding additional electrolytes, and to have my hay and pasture tested for selenium.  I thinking it would also make sense to test the horse.  Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
