Re: RC: tendon injury
I have a question about the horse ball toys. My yearling colt had torn
his front leg down to the bone when attempting to jump a fence to breed a
mare, and was stalled to give him time to recover. I gave him the ball
because he had never been stalled in his entire life and between that and
his raging hormones he was going wacko. However, he destroyed the ball.
Has anyone else had a problem with the horse actually chewing through the
handle of the thing? Is this bad for my colts teeth or his health? He
didn't eat it or anything, just chewed off the handle and then chewed the
handle into little bits.
