I find that I will almost always remember the horse's name and not the
owner/rider until I know them much better. My poor farrier husband can
remember the names of the horses he trimmed 20 years ago but not the new
client he met yesterday!! :)  Please don't tell him I told you that...he
says that's MY job now!  :)
