Thanks for the reply and advise, I think.  As you have read, I'm pretty sure I
opened a can of worms but it was my opinion and now I'll pay for it.  Sorry if
I offended anyone but it's the way we felt at the time.  You get tired of
meeting people in the elevators and in the hallways and saying hello and
smiling with no response.  
As my memory comes to me, I think it was you who passed out blank name tags
and you did say hello so thanks.  Now if I could only turn back the hand of
time.................  Thanks again for your reply Linda.
