Re: helmet colors

Hi, all,

   Back when my husband and I rode motorcycles, we had to wear helmets. They
were black and only in the winter were they comfortable to wear. In the
summer, especially on long rides, they'd fry my eyeballs out, not to mention
sweat running down into my eyes....
However, those were motorcycle helmets. Riding helmets...at least my
Troxel...has vents, is much lighter in weight and is white. I haven't had any
problems with it as to overheating my head. However, it doesn't help that my
brains were scrambled wearing the black one...
