Man sometimes the things I learn on here are upsetting.  I love the 25's.  And
with my Saddlebred, it's all I planned on doing with him.  I don't think he'd
ever be ready for a 50.  But I planned on finishing in the top 5 with him.

People don't race in the 50's?  Come on.  That maybe true in other parts of
the country but I know it's not true down here in Florida.  The girl who won
the 50 at my last race in Florida was hauling; her time was just over the time
I had in my 25.  Who is kidding who here?

Oh well.  I'll just record my own times and figure out for myself what place I
came in.  It won't discourage me, but I think it might discourage others.  Bad
decision AERC, I'm joining your club this December just so I can get my two
cents in.  25 miles may not be endurance, but it's still fun and alot of
people enjoy it just as much as the seasoned riders enjoy 50's.  I'm
definitely going to Reno next year.
