Furthermore, if it is management's intention to disallow an unruly horse, it
is certainly more fair to the rider to have that intention stated in writing
well in advance of the ride so that they do not waste time and money getting
to the ride. This was the intent of the managers in the Henslee case when
they wrote their letter. Very considerate and fair, in my opinion.
