By the way, EQUUS has a good article on this in the July issue. Things I
noticed were: Don't use fresh cut sawdust in the stalls, it draws
moisture from the hooves, and a quote from a farrier who said he'd rather
see a horse stand in mud 24 hrs. a day than 12 in mud and 12 in a dry
stall. It's the change that gets them.
