I have to disagree with you here, Sandy. A 25-miler is not 1/2 as tough
as 50-miles annymore than 50-miles is 1/2 as tough as 100. There is no
linear relationship here. That's why 25 miles is Limited Distance and
Endurance (barely) starts at 50.
