cannon bone?

Hey guys, a week or so ago someone mentioned something about what Deb
Bennet's recommendations are for minimum cannon bone circumference per
thousand pounds.  Does any have that in one of their articles or books? 
I'm trying to relate her recommendations to the data we got in the Tevis
study in time for this Saturday's talk at the West convention and I want
to get my quote right.

Anybody got it?
