<< I'm thinking of putting up a generic ride entry form on the SERA site
where
you enter your info and the form is generated, you print and then send
in......However, since liability releases vary from state to state I'd have
to leave that off and just let the rider sign a release form at the ride -
seperate from the entry form I guess.

What do you riders/managers think? Would this be a useful thing? I know many
of you get entry forms in the mail or thru regional newsletters - would an
 on-line form be used?

Is having to sign another piece of paper too much? Any ideas on other ways
 around this?

Tina: I have long thought this would be good for EVERY AERC ride. AERC has
a standard disclaimer that most rides I go to use. This may be suitable
everywhere...Someone in the :"legal" department could look into this, but it
sure would be nice. It would also be nice to have directions "on-line"
Sometimes I missplace mine or don't get on at all and at the last minute it
is hard to get a hold of anybody.
