My favorite bagged hay product is Standlee Hay pellets. We used these for our old
girl exclusively. It's made in Idaho and I could get it in Arkansas. They bag orchard
grass, timothy and alfalfa. I used both the orchard grass and the timothy. You can
wet it or feed it dry. We could leave her with a bucket of it and she could eat it
at her leisure.


They feed a lot of Chaff to cows. It needs to be especially prepared for horses. Because
its fermented I think the horses like it. But, wet, fermented feed just doesn't feel right to me.
