That's exactly the point. You've got to be Godzilla to work with Easyboots. 
I ride alone almost always. I'm not strong any more. I'd have to hire 
someone to put them on and take them off everytime I rode.

Some people have replaced the velco with dog collars. And, you can play with 
the velcro to make just
the right combination of you. I get little zip ties at the hardware store. 
On long rides I take off the o-rings and
slip on a zip tie. I cut them off when I get back and we're ready to go.
