RE: [RC] Humboldt - Natalie Herman

You must have missed the part of the movie (if we are talking about respective disasters in 2012:P) that flooded EVERYTHING...I think Ca falling into the ocean is the least of my worries...LOL.. I will stay here, where it is not hot and humid and bug ridden all summer,  and still is beautiful and green all year long :) Even if we HAVE been known for 40 days and nights of rain...;)
Nat (who doesn't know why anyone would NOT want to live in Humboldt either...til I wade out in the mud the horses live in all winter..but least it is not 10 ft of snow and frozen solid :) )

No way… in South Alabama or Louisiana, maybe, but definitely not here in beautiful Chattanooga, TN!!  I live on top of the highest hill in North Chatt, and it would have to rain for 40 days and 40 nights before I actually needed to climb into the boat (see view from my balcony, if it comes through).  ;-)   …And take a peek at the other attached photo of beautiful Chattaboogie-on-the-Tennessee by Warren McLelland.  Who wouldn’t want to live here??  ;-)))

Nat –

You might want to consider moving to our lovely southeast region.  It’s common knowledge now that in 2012, you all are going to fall into the ocean in a spectacular way!  ;-))

Well, it shook, rattled, and rolled here, but the epicenter was out in the ocean, so mostly it just knocked things off the walls in the Eureka area and only rattled us up here in McKinleyville... No Tsunami warnings went out though. Some power was out for a while, but I think even that is back now. Weeeeeeee....our adrenaline rush for the day! Gotta love living in Ca....oh well, sure beats having to worry about tornados or hurricanes every year for months at a time or being regularly flooded...least good sized EQs are fairly rare :)
