So if I go out and ride 15 miles of dedicated trail that we use for the BEar Valley Endeavor, I have my own vet check at the end, track the results, and submit them?? What if I don't have a GPS? Sorry to ask SO many questions - it is a rainy MOnday:)Well, "pretend" is a bit miss-leading. it IS and event (A Very Virtual event:) -- and, if you have access to the dedicated trails for the Bear Valley Endeavor, certainly those trails/miles would "count". But the trails don't need to be part of a trail system of a sanctioned ride. ANY trails are good and all you need to do is make the track-logs (either with a gps or hand-drawn within google-earth) of your trails and do the vet checks (i.e. do a CRI and a vet evaluation, and enter the loop details, start-time/arrival-time/pulse- time/loop distance/CRI/gut sounds etc.), and typing the data into your vet card:) jt (here's my vetCard from the February VV DoItAgain ride: http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=pSZI6yofLEAV7LX-DF-ngUg ) =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
