[RC] Treating the endurance rider - shermanTitle: Messageecchymosis...I looked this up, I think it's
what I get on my lower legs in the summer. I get itchy, swollen,
splotchy redness under my socks. Generic hemmoroid medicine prevents or reduces
the severity for me (and others as well...ridecamp is where I got the
recommendation).
