Just leaving our property involves a 6 mile 3000' foot grade that hits 14% in places. The tow /haul feature of the tranny locks the torq converter and makes it hold gears just like a manual tranny. Grades such as the Grapevine on I5, I80 from Donner Summit into Truckee, Questa on 101 and innumerable 2 lane mt roads have just never been a issues in over 80,000 miles of driving and towing our rig. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
